OMG!OMG!OMG!
I just set up my portfolio review :] Im so excited and nervous! It is such a dream of mine to go to Kendall, I will be so happy if I get in.
Its set for 3pm on Nov. 14th, so Ive got a month to finish up my portfolio. Ive got 7 out of my 10 photos done, and I havent done any of my 5 observational drawings, plus Ive got to matte them all as well. They dont require you to matte anything, plus all my matte boards from high school are a little beat up, so I think I'll just get some of the cheaper black matte board from Schoolcraft, it wont be as professional as the kind I used in Scholastics, but it will still be more than what theyre asking from me. Plus Im already spending a bunch of $$$ on getting all my pictures printed out and film, and all of my drawing supplies, so Im not going to get expensive matte board too. I think Ive got a good chance of getting in, Ive updated my portfolio but yet left a few really good prints in. I mean afterall they did win a Scholatstics Gold Key :]
Portfolio To Do's:
-Have 2 pictures from my computer printed out
-Get black & white film developed
-Get yellow flash film developed
-Do 5 observational drawings
-Get random roll of color film developed [crosses fingers]
-Figure out what my last 3 prints are going to be
-Buy 15 sheets of matte board
It really is a great feeling to cross off something Ive been putting off the past 2 years.
