Heather Wants Me to Update!
So.... I was just about to start typing this and then the fire alarm started going off. Heather was in the shower and we both probably would have died had there been an actual fire. Jack probably would have lived, silly fish....he is seemingly indestructible.
It has again been a long time since I have actually written on here...oops. I'm bad at LJ. I've skipped summer and gone straight to Fall of Senior year at Carroll "University" College. Its too weird calling it University...I still go to Carroll College no matter what the Board of the College wants to rename us. I suppose I will eventually accept it, but as for now I'm still in the denial stage.
In other news, I have disaffiliated from Alpha Xi Delta. I'm sick of the ridiculous things I have to go through to stay in it. Sitting back and thinking about it, being a member wasn't quite a waste but I did waste a lot of money on something that I wasn't able to stick with. I know I wouldn't have met a bunch of awesome people, especially my Dave. So I don't regret it, I just wish it could have ended differently than how it did.
On to some sad stuff, we had to put my dog Missy down this summer. I'm still really sad about having to do it and it also still feels very surreal. I'm glad I'm not having to be at home anymore, because it always gets to me worse when I'm actually in places where she should be, but sadly isn't. (I'll probably write an whole entry about her later).
I'm still with Dave :) 9 months and great as ever!! He and Heather are huge reasons I'm so happy to be back in Waukesha... I missed them both terribly this summer!!!!
Well Heather needs on my computer now.... I'll probably write more later tonight when she and dave are elsewhere... but I can make no promises ;)
