You are the kind girl. You are so nice to everyone in your life. You genuinely care about the well-being of people. Even when someone is being completely annoying and inconveniencing you, you still can't find it in your heart to be mean. That is such an amazing quality. You might view it as weak, but I can't see how intentionally hurting people just because you don't like them is considered strong. That is a 7 year olds way of dealing with people they are jealous of on the playground. You are the strong one, caring about their well being no matter how difficult they are, saying things in the nicest way you can to save them from the pain of rejection, no matter how hard it is for you to do so. I feel so blessed to know one of the few genuinely kind and caring people left on this Earth.
You are the passionate girl. You are so immensely passionate about life and those you love. When you experience emotions in response to things having to do with what you are passionate about, those emotions are magnified a zillion times. I believe that is why you get so tongue tied and why you say you can't explain yourself sometimes. You know what you believe, you know how you feel and what you are thinking, but you are so immensely passionate about it that your emotions take over and fry your brain for a short period of time. When you are calm and those magnified emotions are in check you are immaculate in speech, it is when those passions are stirred that they overtake you. There is nothing wrong with being a passionate person though, I can't think of a better way to live life. Nothing would be worse than to walk around with no passion, completely devoid and apathetic of everything. Embrace your passions! Fuck whoever doesn't understand! What matters is that you care about them, you love them, you would sacrifice everything for them. You could never convince me that passion is a weakness. Passion has driven so many great people to do so many great things. And there is no doubt in my mind that you are on your way to being the next great, passionate, important person this world needs.
These are just a few of the many great things about you that make you Shannon. The Shannon I love. The Shannon I idolize. The Shannon I would die for. The Shannon I don't deserve. You may be unsure of exactly who you are right now, but I hope you can eventually see how AMAZING and AWESOME you truly are, because trust me, all of us around you see it crystal clear.
