Happy belated Valentines Day!
Well yesterday started out really crappy. I had to work from 9 to 5...not so bad except one of the shift managers that I hate was working and decided to pick on me about the weight of my drinks that I make. Which really isn't cool b/c I havn't had much practice on bar b/c they keep sticking me on the fucking drive thru! Oh well, then around 12 my day got much much better. My friend Chris who is in the Army sent me three dozen roses at work!! They are red, white, adn light purplish/bluish! They are beautiful. Most peoples reaction was that they were beautiful and then asked if he was my boyfriend. They couldn't believe that he wasn't. He does want to be though. He is trying to sweep me off of my feet. Its starting to work too. It just really sucks that starting March 25th or around there he is going to be in Iraq for a year! I don't know if I want to start a relationship that is more than friendship right before he goes overseas. I mean we will def still be awesoem friends like we are now. I mean he was in the picture before Matt was. He helped me get through that! He really is a sweet guy. He is gunna get to come home before he leaves for Iraq so hopefully we will get to hang out for a few of those days. I really really am praying that he will stay safe while he is over there! Especially since he is gunna be doing some really dangerous things while he is over there. I am not going to say what they are b/c I'm not sure if I'm supposed to know but regardless I just pray that he stays safe and can make it back home to his family and friends! Well I will try to put up some pictures of the roses soon. I just noticed a scrapbook thing so I think I am gunna try to put the pictures on there! Ok well...I'll try it!
He sent me roses not only to sweep me off of my feet but also because he knew that today would be a hard day for me. Today is the one year anniversary of my grandpa's death. Its been a lil rough but I'm getting through it. Chris keeps calling me for a min or two here and there or sending me text messages to keep me smiling...
