so....
Well the thing with Blockbuster didn't work out. They can't give me any hours so its back to the job hunting for me. This past Friday I went to Jillian's with Holly and her new guy. He is really starting to grow on me. He was definatly not on my favorites list when she was telling me about him. I mean a divored 33 year old and an 18 year old? But he does not act like a 33 year old at all. He is just like a kid at heart which is really cool. Plus he knew Holly's mom didn't really approve of them dating so he went and had this whole long talk to her about everything. It was really cool of him. Anyway I saw Layne for like all of 2 minutes there and that was it.
Today my dad and I went and gave blood at the Mall of Georgia. It was my first time giving blood and it was definatly an expierence. Everything this was going good and I was almost done filling the bag according to the lady and my blood just stopped coming out. It was weird. So it took like 5 different nurses coming over and trying different techniques to try and get my blood pumping again. Finally one guy got it to start again by putting the needle at an angle but b/c all the other lady nurses were pushing the needle all around I have a HUGE bruse all across the inside of my arm. It was so bad that they lady wrapped an icepack to my arm before I even got out of hte chair. I have a bruise an inch off of my arm going across the inside and its a lovely shade of dark purple. I don't really care though b/c I know that blood is needed especially since Hurricane Katrina hit last week. Now I am at my grandma's house.
Sunday is David's birthday. Although I haven't been able to do anything with him for like 2 months I want to try and do something special for him. I mean I am not even sure if we are still dating but I know that I want to do something b/c he has never really had any good birthday or done anything for a birthday. He can't even remember what he did for his birthday last year! Hopefully we will be able to get together and do something.
