I took a bath today for the first time since I was probably 8. It's weird how my memories of being in a tub are so linked to my stature at age 8. An odd way to realize you've grown up; suddenly filling the length of the tub.

you know the noise a truck makes when it's backing? i can't get it out of my head. i wonder if construction workers know this agony.
