sunday night...
ok heyy people!
Guess what I did ..again??? The first time I typed this entry...it didn't make it in here again! haha..either I was done or close to done with completing an entry this afternoon and forgot to click the "Update Journal" button or sommmmething...something annoying
anyhow...this morning...
I got up sometime around 7:02-7:15. (These past few days have been amazing. I am the moooost sound sleeper. Before Christmas break, I'd have my alarm, which was about 1 1/2 feet away from my head, set on the "loud" setting. It'd go off forever and I'd usually not wake up. My dad would get me up. Welllll...nooow, I can set the volume really loud, loud enough to make me wake up to wonderful music. lol it's great)So anyway, left the house for the Sunday school hour at church, in which I helped out in the nursery. Me and the other in there only had 2 kids to take care of. lol
Anyway, then the worship service. The Pastor talked about depression and how sometimes we need to go through "down times" in order to break self-reliance, to fill us with His Life, and to provide us with a confident expectation...ie: a living faith.
After my family and I left church we went out to eat at Friday's. lol saw Jessye and Sim; well, more like my sister saw them first, but hey lol, said hi. Forgot it was Sim's b-day until I hear, "Attention, Friday's: Our new friend Simeon is turning 15 today." so Sorry Sim! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Then picked up a book that was ordered at Barnes and Noble awhile ago.
I came home, started that darn journal entry, and talked to people for a bit.
Then began the looong night of playing. Had rehearsal from about 4-5:30. Then five to six we started the prelude for the service. That service...which mostly consisted of the orchestra playing, reading litany, and a slideshow, was 1 1/2 hours! WAY TOO LONG!
so now I'm here... typing and was talking...until my computer started hating people.
Why do batteries cost so freakin much?! It's only a bunch of chemicals stashed in a covering of some kind of metal? lol...whaaaaatever
