miwa and Sakaguchi Kentaro to star in "Kimi to 100-kai Me no Koi"
Singer-songwriter miwa and Sakaguchi Kentaro will be starring in "Kimi to 100-Kai Me no Koi".
This film will be directed by "Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai" director Tsukikawa Sho. miwa will be playing university student Hinata Aoi. Sakaguchi will be playing her childhood friend Hasegawa Riku. Following an accident, Aoi suddenly wakes up in the classroom the week before the accident occurred. Riku tells her his secret, he can turn back time.
miwa also wrote a love song for this film.
"Kimi to 100-Kai Me no Koi" is a part of the "(Kimi 100) Project". Additionally, a manga of the same name will be published in Weekly Young Jump's April 28th issue. A related novel is also set to be published in Fall of this year.
"Kimi to 100-Kai Me no Koi" will be released in February of 2017. Filming begins this May.
