Maeda Atsuko to star in "Busujima Yuriko no Sekirara Nikki"
TBS drama "Busujima Yuriko no Sekirara Nikki" will star Maeda Atsuko and will start broadcasting from Apil 20. She will play the titular role of Busujima Yuriko, a political reporter set to cover politician Kuroda Densuke (Kataoka Tsurutaro).
The drama's theme is "love" and "politics". Yuriko is a woman that maintains two boyfriends due to her trauma of being betrayed by her father at an early age. She eventually falls in love with Ozu Shota (Arai Hirofumi), the married elite reporter of a rival company.
Watanabe Daichi has been cast as Haba Midori. Nakamura Shizuka will be playing Kuwahara Nanami. Yagi Masayasu wll be playing Nomura Shintaro. Maeda Goki will be playing Kimoto Ryo. Moromizato Daisuke is set to play Kida Ikuo. Kodo Yoko will be playing Natsume Harue. Tomokawa Kazuki will be playing Toyo Saburo. Yamazaki Ginnojo will be playing Kamikanda Shigeru. Kondo Yoshimasa will be playng Anzai Goro. Hashizume Jun will be playing Aoba Mikito. Takagi Wataru will be playing Nakagawa Otaro.
