Ono Machiko set to play a murderer in "Satsujinki Fujiko no Shoudo" drama
Actress Ono Machiko has been cast in the Hulu original drama series, "Satsujinki Fujiko no Shoudo" based off of a Mari Yukiko best selling novel, "Fujiko". The drama will be on Hulu from November 13 with all six episodes.
Fujiko is the survivor of the murder of her family that occurred when she was 11. For some reason, she repeatedly kills people and claims that she "wants to reset her life". The work records 550,000 copies in circulation.
Murakami Masanori worked on the dramas production with Takahashi Izumi writing it. Other cast includes Tanimura Mitsuki, Maruyama Tomomi, Lily Franky, Asada Miyoko, and Maya Kyoko. The theme song is "Cinderella" by Saito Kazuyoshi.
