To the Loves of my Life.

I was just sitting here reading back through my journal entries during my first year at FSU, and I have to say... My time in Tallahassee with my wonderful amazing friends was one of the best times of my life. I would say it ties for first place with just a couple other things. Sometimes--if I close my eyes--I can see Anna across the bathroom in our Osceola suite. I can recall the smell of our dorm rooms. I can remember what it was like to sit on each other's beds and talk about things, cry about things, hug things out... I can remember what it was like to see the South African in the mornings and smile at his god-like appearance. I remember the cafeteria--when the sweet tea was replaced with raspberry, when we sneaked food out for Anna. I remember walking across campus for who know what reason at ridiculous hours of the night. I remember walking to CiCi's to walk Anna home. God I miss it so much. I miss you. I miss my friends.

Life and time have taken us on different paths. Across the country. To different schools. To different lives. But I hope you know that no matter the distance between us, you all mean so much to me. I love you all so much. And I miss you greatly. You all have made such an impact on my life. You have helped shape me into the person I have become and am still becoming. Hell, if I hadn't met you, Anna, who knows how I might have ended up--a close-minded, Bible-thumping, anti-gay, uptight prude... I am so glad I met you.

I love you all.
