Celebrating Second Christmas
So in order to keep up with my New Year goal to blog weekly, I figured I'd better post before the week is up.
I was able to get 5 days off of work, and Clay doesn't go back to school until Monday, so on Wednesday Clayton and I drove to Indiana to spend Christmas with my family. Its been a relaxing couple days so far. Tonight we are celebrating "Second Christmas" (as the kid's have dubbed it). The presents are wrapped and under the tree. The roast is in the oven. It looks to be a fun and delicious night.
We are exchanging sibling gifts (each Thanksgiving we draw a name of a sibling to give a gift too... otherwise there are too many of us for us to be able to give a gift to everyone). Also mom and dad have a present for each of us. Then I think we are gonna watch a movie and enjoy dessert before heading to bed.
Tomorrow we are going to the Children's Museum in Indianapolis. I'm looking forward to that.
Well everyone is home from school now. I need to sign off.
