I am curious as to how much longer I will be working here. This is my 7th week here and Karin said I would be here probably 2 weeks to a month. Hmm. I would be absolutely jubilant to work here the rest of summer because then I don't have to find another job this summer. Job searching is one thing I loathe...it is so discouraging that it is in intense competition with my mother.
Well, I was delighted to see the boyfriend on the 3rd. Good times. Played mini-golf in which I totally sucked, haha. He met the brother! Wow. That only took forever. And Rob played with Ryan, aw..it was adorable. He was good with him. Went to Edgewater and I surprisingly didn't see anyone I knew! After much debate, he let me pay for dinner (abiding by the "my town" law that wasn't enforced for mini-golf). I left my umbrella at the restaurant. Crap. We set up our blankie in the park along with all the other people. He made me wrestle with him. I'm sure everyone was watching. It was fun, though. Met up with Agata, Amy, Luke and Luke's friend. Saw the fireworks which was great. It meant a lot to me to spend that time with Rob...I would go see those fireworks at Edgewater as a kid.
He is visiting again on the 8th. Might be the last time I see him for a month while he's in Germany...doing it up German style.
The 4th was not great. Rainy...didn't do anything. Jason took my car and I am once again carless. Nice.
