It turned out that the director of Indian stock exchange (!) of a crystal clear reputation provided confidential info to her "guru", gave him a staff position at the company, which he used to his financial benefit. He claimed he was her business-coach. She called him "swamiji", which is kinda interesting, because "goswami" or "swami" means one who controls his mind and senses. Typically only applies to a sanyasi who renounced worldly values, including money in excess of the basic daily needs.
