- Dreams of becoming a doctor. She doesn't know if she wants to be a field doctor or one that treats civilians, but she does know that she wants to help the sick.
- It's been thought that her birth father is Oliver Queen; Cissie honestly has no opinion on the matter (even though it's widely believed--and possibly true). If he's her real father, great! She can tease him about his epically bad one night stand! If not... well, she doesn't really care.
- Has a tiny crush on Bart. BUT SHE'D NEVER ADMIT TO IT.
- Secretly conscious about fashion. Has no idea that the 90's are so very out, but she adapts to new trends pretty easily.
- Actually likes military school! It's a little strict, but it's not bad, all things concerned.
