Some general pointers (I'm pretty easy). My only real dislike is AU. I like the characters I like *in* the canon.
JANE EYRE: Concentrate on Jane and Rochester and you can pretty much go wild. I'm up for director's cut/lost scenes from early on after she meets him, or their wedding night (when they actually do marry, and serious sexytimes is A-okay here), to letters they wrote to each other (even in their heads) while they were separated. Anything that focuses in closely on their relationship and provides another peek would be awesome.
BELL, BOOK, AND CANDLE: Still not really an AU fan, but I'm a little easier with this canon. Give me Gil and Shep set today, or even a prequelish thing where Gil sees Shep with Merle while they're still at college. OR an ending where Gil doesn't have to lose her powers if she falls in love! Go wild.
JUSTIFIED: Mmm, Raylan/Boyd and their not-so-secret angry bromance. Slash is more than fine. An angsty examination of the weird emotional threeway between Ava, Raylan, and Boyd would be great, too -- or an actual threesome! If you want to write something about Loretta, and her interaction with Raylan (please god, no sex there, no way no how), that would be delicious and perfect and earn you a fan for life.
Have fun with this, please! I'm really fairly easy to please, and just excited to be doing this.
