So, the little red-haired girl has turned Ivanova from a latent telepath to a full blown telepath. Specifically a P9. I figured I had better put up a permission post. It should be noted that while she is fairly powerful, she has no experience and almost no control. She will do her best to respect everyone's privacy, but can't always do it. Accidental contact is more likely with physical contact.

1. Can Ivanova sense your character's emotions?
2. Can she accidentally read your character's thoughts?
3. Will your character notice?
