Where is everyone??
So my B-day was a success. I had a fun casual dinner with some of the girls ( crazy times, we like almost got thrown out of cheesecake haha whoopssss) and then I got Ipod speakers for my bday. I wanted them so badly so it wasl ike the best gift ever. Anyway, it was a great night.
I havent really been doing much lately. I got my permit! yay and I completed 18 out of the 30 hours that i have to complete for drivers ed. When Sonia and I get back from the camps we are going too we are goingt o finish up the hours. Drivers ed is the worst thing in the world. It is 3 hours of sitting in a smelly claustraphobic room, while I watch hours of driving videos and listen to a women talk about car insurance. There is also a man that somtimes comes named Igor, hes crazy. After 3 days of seeing the exact same videos each day, sonia and I finally gave in andbought magazines to relieve some of the torture. Sonia and I have not made any friends in the class either. They are all really gross. This one kid who was sitting next to soina kept on picking his nose and eating it, and he also kept on standing up at random times and obviously ( without any shame) picking out his wedgie. It was ridiculous, Sonia and I were dying. Drivers ed is so gross, I am so glad i dont have to go back for like another week and a half!
Anyway, something that makes me really sad is that it is already July. How did this happen??? I feel like Summer is giong by so fast and I havent doe anything at all. Next week I am going to some crew camp that myt parents signed me up for ( ugh) and then the week after that I am doing a Russian course with Sonia for two weeks ( with willa, ugh) Hopefully it will be ok. Then after that Sonia goes to Montana and I think I am going to London/Paris. Which is going to be like the only good part of my summer i tlooks like. Anyway, I miss everyone from schoool and it makes me sad that so many lj ppl are away that they can't update. ;( On the brighter side I am almost done with my first summer reading book and I actually enjoyed it. If ppl are still deciding which book to get, def get the Kite Runner its really good.
And on that note, I will get back to my reading
