Exactly. They don't have any idea. And yet they threaten to take our free will away for not choosing what they think is 'right'.

The ability to choose. The power for humans to decide what's best for themselves. To live without having every single step of the way predetermined for you. To make your own 'fate'.

That's what free will means. Even if you choose a path with unpleasant consequences, at least the choice is able to be made at all.
