There's demons in Tokyo now. And people can summon them. Some... don't use the power well. The SDF and police force have been given orders to make sure demon tamers don't get out of hands, and... have killed some of them, or people they suspect are tamers.

[He shakes his head.] Some of them are tamers, too, and are using the power just as poorly.

I don't really understand why they can't use somewhere else for their war.

Yeah. In some places it's worse... there's not usually that many bodies around at once, though.

I'm seventeen. One of the people with me and my group was fifteen, I think.

But no, we didn't really have a choice. Fight or die or run... and to run would be leaving everyone else in the area to die.

I guess? It's more peaceful, and I can sleep in an actual bed... but even if the time spent here doesn't affect what happens back there, I still have... a war to finish, I guess.
