just got back....
Well, I just got back from going to Oxnard with friends. It turned out that the reason why we were going there never pulled through and got postponed for tomorrow. So now I have to drive all the way out there again tomorrow. What a waste of gas, time, and effort. It is 140 miles to get there and back. That's ridiculous. So basically for today and tomorrow, I will be using up one whole tank of gas. Yeesh...
So we went out there and stayed there for an hour and then drove back. Then we all went to drink. Of course, since Eric had gotten off of work at that time, I went to pick him up. It's always good to see Eric again. He brought his guitar with him. I guess he thought he would be ignored again and brought something to treat his boredom with. Umm... so yeah, we went to drink and play mah jong. It was okay. I hadn't played in a while with them and it was sort of fun. But things seemed different. I wasn't much of the outcast anymore, but I was more of an outcast than Eric was. It seemed his guitar gave him a lot of attention tonight. And I know he loved it. Haha. But anyway, I won two dollars tonight and Eric owes me one. I'm typing it here so I don't forget.
Actually, now that I think of it, Eric owes me at least 21 dollars. I better get that from him. Maybe it will offset the cost of the gas I will be paying for tomorrow. Sometimes being able to drive bites you in the ass. Especially when it's paired up with passiveness.
