You can't do anything without playing an angle, can you Johnny?

This week has been basically a cool-down since our first show. Haven't practiced in a while, been focusing on other things. Read a few Vonnegut books all the way through right after, but right before he died, which was complete coincidence. But there is something as too much of a good thing, and now I'm gonna be reading some other authors for awhile. There are a lot of other books I've been wanting to read.

Had the Big D show on Friday, which was spectacular. Then a guys night out. Without the guys, I'd be nothin'.

Last night I was working, after having a nice day out playing soccer. I miss soccer. Then I went to work, and I really working on days all my friends are hanging out, especially when my boss won't let me work the days I ask for. Not entirely his fault, though. At least I don't think it is. I can't wait to be self-employed. Christopher Walken agrees that it is a wise decision.

I made great grades on my report card, and I know with my rising GPA I can get into most colleges I want to, I just don't know the first thing about any colleges, and I really don't know what would be the best choice to major in. Even the ones I want, if it is the wisest decision, I don't know.

Things will never be as perfect as you want them to, but they can still get pretty damn close.

There are so many things I want to do with my life, I wish I could act, and be a novelist, and a professional pool player...but I understand there's only room for one great passion in life (which my choice is obvious), and I just hope everyone who's going to partake in the journey with me is as passionate as I am. And I hope we can all trust in each other to be the best we can be.

EDIT: There's going to be a poker night next weekend, playing for money, if you want to join, say so.
