[Needless to say, something happened to Teru. She knew A was likely to be here, or in the kitchen, but now she's found her she really isn't sure what to do.

A's absorbed in her book at the moment, and doesn't look up. Teru clears her throat, nervously.]

[A looks up and smiles a little. She clearly doesn't recognize Teru at first, as she goes back to her book.

Then, she looks up again, the smile gone. A doubletakes at Teru's apperance.]

...Oh, dear God.
What happened

[She covers her face with one hand.] ...the mansion happened. Is it that bad?

No, it's just...unexpected.

[She smiles a bit. It's clear that she finds this all sort of funny, and is trying to resist the urge to laugh.]
Are you ok?

- better than I'd have expected. [She sighs, noticing A's suppressed smile.] Go ahead and get it out of your system.

I'm sorry, it's not you. Trust me, it's just the whole idea....

[She bites her lip and turns away before letting out her laugh. It's small and not malicious.]

[She flinches a little, but there's obviously no malice in A's reaction. This is a ridiculous situation to be in.]

I understand. I feel like the premise of a sitcom. Or a bad shojo manga.

I'm sorry. It should wear off in a few days...
[Her smile as she turns back has no malice in it.]

I didn't mean to laugh. But its a little ridiculous, that's all.

Of course...

[She sits across the table from A, looking at her thoughtfully.]

So what exactly happened, anyway?

Do you need to borrow any clothes until you're back to normal?

What usually happens. I walked into the wrong room.

[She shakes her head.] I've looked in my wardrobe. All my clothes seem to have - altered, for the duration.

[Another thoughtful look. She's working something out.]

All right...It should wear off soon. You'll just have to...endure for a few days.

...
What are you thinking?

I - ah. [She flushes slightly.] The effect of the room was - mental, as well as physical, which is why I wasn't sure whether -

[quickly] - whether I'd still be attracted to you. But I am.

[A blinks a little and blushes, looking away and smiling at the floor.]

Oh. That's...well...I'm still attracted to you, too...

...oh. Well that's - I mean, if you hadn't - if you were uncomfortable at all I'd be - I could sleep on the couch. Until this passes.

Well, it's...weird, but. You're still you.

You don't have to sleep on the couch. And I don't want you to.
