The sight that greeted Shelley as she walked past the open bathroom door was indeed a peculiar one.
She stares.
Did he... have to choose a sparkly purple scrunchie?

Then boggles at the fact that she managed, and didn't miss.
Her surprise delays the reaction by a few seconds, then
"...Hey!"

And turns to walk out in impotent indignation. Just because it's not outright evil doesn't mean it isn't irritating.
