Anything picked up at work- Pastries? He's very clean, so he's not likely to have flour or anything on him, but occasional blisters and little cuts are possible. It might be of note that Lithuania heals far more quickly than a human, so a blister would be gone by the end of the day at most, which would be a hint to his somewhat more supernatural side. The lack of callouses and marks on his hands may be just as much of note here, because he does work with a sword and has for a very long time, and it would probably come off as unnatural to someone used to that sort of thing. If you catch him right after a practice, the signs he used a sword would be there, though.
Speaking pattern: Lithuania's native language is Lithuanian. He can fall perfectly into any variation of the language, but his default accent and dialect are of Vilnius. He tends to be very polite, unless he's flustered, placing Mister and Miss before most names.
Anything else you can think of you think he might be able to notice To someone particularly observant it's probably obvious Lithuania is older than he looks (though he makes no secret about being Lithuania so that should be obvious anyway). When he's stressed he gets very stiff, possibly shaking a bit.
Also, Lithuania pretty much always carries a gun in Mayfield for protection. He doesn't make it obvious, but Conan would probably notice. XD
