I am so, completely amazed by the fact that the internet just like, works all the time. It is an incredibly complex system, very organic and mostly emergent (although there are a few central bodies at the core keeping things humming along), but it hasn't really had a major failure in the 10+ years it's been going. Is this sustainable?

Good job internet. I love you as much as my t-shirt says.
