what is up with all you people and your birthdays?

I checked things out and at least a half dozen of you have birthdays this month.

THIS IS MY MONTH! And Sam Carter's... okay and my big sister's too... What do you all think you're doing crowding around my birthday with all of yours, hmm? I'll not stand for it, I say! It is beyond the pale!

And what? What is this? Vacate the month of December? Uhmm....no. Claire and I (plus another two friends of mine) were here first :D Oh fiiiine, FINE! We weren't...but Ben Browder was! And I am so not at all incredibly jealous that Claire, lucky girl that she is! Shares a day of birth with The Man himself! Not even a little jealous!

(And we of course can't forget that Jeff Bridges turns 61 today! And Beau turns 69 on the 9th!)

Sam shares my birthday and you have no idea how ridiculously giddy that makes me. Sharing a birthday with a fictional character... *shakes his head*

But...it's SAM, so I think that's perfectly reasonable! I've always loved that I share a birthday with Jeff Bridges. (I just saw, apparently it's Tyra Banks' birthday today too? Happy Birthday Tyra!! Not that you'll see this lol)

So what's the plan for today? Family get-together later? Letting the new kitten walk all over you?

No plans really, it's just another day to me *nods* But family will likely visit, and the kitten will probably walk all over me LOL My friend Kim is also popping around this arvo sometime too, which is gonna be great as she's moving away in six days time :( Oh! It's also her birthday today too. Wow, so many December babies. I think it's becoming quite clear.... we rule!

Just another day, I know how that is. =] I'm perfectly happy not to make a huge deal of my birthday as well. Especially with it being tucked away between Christmas and New Year's. The only thing I've insisted on is that I don't work on my birthday. I usually take a holiday for most of those two to three weeks and make that lazy time. =]
