Happy Halloween!
After coming through 2.5 hrs in the MRI like a boss, I was tired and hurting. I know I could have broken the 4 scans I needed into two or even three appts, but I just wanted to get that shit over with.
I'm making molasses cookies w/lemon buttercream to send out the local friends. I think it's going to be another one of those recipes that will be asked for again. There's a sandwich cookie that is similar, but these will be fresh and chewy.
