Summary: It's a set of quotes from "The Waters of Mars" in juxtaposition with quotes from various episodes.
I love Russell T Davies’ writing. His stories are character-driven, the events lead to one another, and the 2005-

They have, you know! More than ten. He keeps winning 'em. By this point he pretty much annually wins the Award for Being David Tennant. Sometimes more than annually!
I say that a bit flippantly, but Ten is really quite scary there. He's totally lost it and David plays it so well. Those eyes, amirite?

DOCTOR: Isn't anyone going to thank me? (4x16 “The Waters of Mars”)
I don’t think it needs much comment. The arrogant Time Lord Victorious. Who has he become?
There's a kind of echo of this later with Eleven, in "The Eleventh Hour", where Amy remarks that he's kept stolen clothes from the hospital and he says, "Well, I just saved the world. The whole planet, for about the millionth time, no charge. Yeah, shoot me, I kept the clothes." It's not direct and it's played for humor, but has a kind of "don't I ever get any reward for all this?" sort of thing. (Of course Ten goes off about his "reward" being unfair in The End of Time; he's a lot more drama-queeny about allt his sort of thing, what with his God complex and all.)

Yes, there's a different tone with the Eleventh, isn't it? I mean, take the Tenth's don't play games with me line from "Forest of the Dead" and the Eleventh's exact words from "The Impossible Astronaut". Tenth is very emotional at the moment while Eleventh just states the fact, no emotions involved. I think it shows the difference between them very well - even when he's cold, Tenth is full of emotions while Eleventh is cold for most of the time.
