Answering Phone Calls / Smoking + Driving
Damn, I hate it when people talk with the phone when driving. I have encountered two today and they nearly hit my car!
Third is when they drive with one arm dangling out of the window, with a cigarette in the hand!
I hope they would all drop into a monsoon drain. I won't wish for more.
