I'm still working at the Children's clinic and have *almost* gotten to where I can stand alone on most things I'm supposed to do. I once tried a SlimFast milkshake just because I wanted a chocolate milkshake and that was the next best thing. I really was a bad idea and I do think my intestines forgave me for days.
How safe is bike riding where you are? You don’t want to run the risk of being knocked down or anything else unpleasant. I can’t ride a bike anyway so I can hardly talk. I would recommend swimming, if only because it’s enjoyable though starting out slow with a treadmill really isn’t a bad idea. It’s not about anybody else’s limits after all: it’s just about you and what you want to achieve. Then again, I have a treadmill at home so I’m not really in a position to end up next to someone else at a gym whose running a 10 minute mile in comparison to my moderately brisk stroll. If you’re so inclined you could start out with a workout routine at home and build up your endurance a little before you take yourself off to the gym if you’re worried about it.

Oh, it should be fine, it's a little one-lane road. Cars fly up and down it all the time but as long as I listen I'll be fine. Ahaha, I can't swim either. ._. But I can do some sort of water exercises anyway. Yeah...it's when I see people running on the treadmill and reading a book at the same time that I feel inferior. I'll do that. Walking up and down the road at home shouldn't be much different than walking on a treadmill with a sharp incline.
