This is urgent, and in your best interest. I know you're busy, so I would like to make a few things crystal clear first. Are you aware that rent has not been paid in six months soon to be seven? I am NOT threatening you. I DO NOT want to take you to court, but I will if I have to. I would like to speak to you in person, and work something out ASAP. I would like you to deliver the documentation Sam has requested. Until you are legally seperated future rent is still your responsibility as to our agreement. And finally, yeah I'm pissed at you. You've hurt Sam very badly. I just want you to know, I'm not going to get personally involved in that, it's between the two of you, however, I do want you to know I'm seriously unhappy with this entire situation. You were both my friends, and I have not forgotten the times you helped me...however I can not tolerate you not paying the money you owe, it's added up, like I told you it would and now it's a lot. A whole lot. I asked you before just to set aside something, anything, and you've basically given me nothing. I am not unsympathetic to your situation, but I don't feel that you've even been making an effort to pay me what you owe, and that needs to change IMMEDIATELY. We'll talk about an ultimatum face to face.
