Things realized in 2009. In handy-dandy list form!

2009 is behind me now, and I am leaning toward the "good riddance" frame of mind. There were, however, many moments that will forever peak high on my Nostalgameter. This new year is going to be very interesting, for better or for worse. I have high hopes. Well, without further ado, he is a convenient list of thoughts and feelings I have toward my time spent in 2009:

-Maybe I really can't do everything on my own after all. I guess that "don't-be-a-loner and rely-on-your-friends-more!" Hallmark-card message conveyed in every RPG EVER MADE has some merrit. Maybe.

-The first part of last year (up until about May or so) felt like it dragged on for ten thousand years, and then sped up at light speed until now.

-Beaches. Go to them with people.

-About two good video games were released in 2009.

-A VERY good year at the movies, though. I can't even come close to choosing a favorite blockbuster. =3 Star Trek, Terminator Salvation, Shelock Holmes, Avatar... All very fun!

-Back to games, I am becoming more and more enamored with Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. I love that franchise so much. I appreciate a game that's psychologically gripping enough to make me feel totally emasculated.

-Two of my ex girlfriends are the best sports ever.

-All cats on the planet will let me hold them in a craddling-postion. No exceptions.

-I finally turned over to the Internet Dark Side by becoming a regular at many *chan image boards.

-I am more talented than I gave myself credit for.

-Drinking alcohol by yourself makes you into one hell of a baby.

-I am purposely not using actual bullets for the points.

-12 Oz. Mouse is the best piece of animation ever created.

-I really wish we had been able to put on Bug back in March. C'est la vie, no telling when I will work with another theater...

-The world will end to the sound of crappy Canadian Alt Rock. I gaurantee it.

-I can't think of anything else. Go track down and watch the anime Heavy Metal L-Gaim.
