Humpday is almost over!
Whooohooo! Wednesday is nearly over and I am still going pretty strong for the week. :D Must work on the fic I'm perpetratin' with a friend. Gotta figure out how to fix a para or two... I like what I'm TRYING to say in it, but it's not coming out in the text correctly. Probably have to work all around it until the words fall into place. Hate when that happens - when there's an idea you want to get across but it comes out dripping in pseudo perfection and it's just not RIGHT for the character... Because she's not a saint (to quote my tagger, lol) and what I've put down makes her one. What sucks is that I knew it when I wrote it.... It's just...blech. I'll - or we'll - figure it out.
Fuck, it just feels good to be working on something interesting again. I know, I said that already, but it's true. I feel like I've lost creativity points along with IQ points only having students to bounce around ideas with. *sigh* 16 yr olds, no matter how SMART they might be, just don't have the worldliness or experience to really EXAMINE things with. And my bestie is still down south and it feels like never the twain shall meet, ya know?
