Yes. Especially when you read about how hard it is to get off of meth. He boggles my mind sometimes. And of course, he's the awesomest brother that ever lived. :)
He is! And I can't even say how proud I am of him and it has nothing to do with me. He's just a really cool human being. Driven and full of ambition, always wanting to be better.
That is amazing. Not just him -- although what your brother's done is damned amazing -- but you two. Because you are every statistical stereotype in existence, and you both of beaten them to a standstill.
I downplay my 'success' because I measure it against his and it always comes up lacking. But yeah, I do realize that I'm miles above where people had any right to expect of me. I still have some personal achievement to make until I think I can call myself on par with him, but yeah.
We did both beat the odds, and that is kinda cool :).
