(no subject)
So i really haven't updated in a long time. I'm currently sitting at my desk at work. Yes, I got a desk job...even though I promised myself I'd never stoop to the desk, but alas everyone needs to make some form of cash. I work for Schlumberger, a french oil company, as a contract graphic designer. I get paid $20 an hour with overtime. The big plus is that because I'm a contract worker, I can do the job from anywhere I can get a high-speed internet connection including... CANADA! So when I come back home, I can keep this kick ass job. Well, so its 27 days til the 14th. I cannot wait to come back to Toronto. I've been actually dreaming lately (well remembering them) and you guys are all in my dreams, making me want to come home that much more. I've been looking at stuff to get at Ikea for the apartment with Dutch, Leighann, and Shera. Most of this first paycheck is probably going to go towards making my room look liveable. But in 9 days, I worked 46 Hours, so this next paycheck should be upward of $700, which means tons of fun! well, I guess I better get back to work and make some more money!
