The movie appears to be pretty formulaic. Young rising sports star, tragic accident derails career, weeping, re-training, grit, successful return, everybody claps.
Coach is a down & out who turns his own life around cuz darn it, this kid has something!

The performances do look really good! I'm sure it is a good movie to watch? And I'm pleased they have chosen a woman sports star.
But I feel like I've already seen it a dozen times. I have. I'm old! 😆
