The Mouse That Was
Sunday morning. 5am.
Cat banging around in the bathtub, playing with terrified mouse.
I get up, get dressed & dispose of mouse.
(Had to call out of work cuz no sleep)
Monday. 8pm.
Cat jumps onto my BED with terrified mouse. 😨
Cat takes mouse into hall. I tell cat to take mouse back into bathtub to play! He does. 🧐
I dispose of mouse.
I suppose I'm glad he is /catching/ them...?
As reward, I bought Cat a furry mouse toy that squeaks. Cat has informed me that, obviously, it isnt as good because it doesnt run away.
