House projects
Still need new tile in kitchen/bath/laundry, but until we have a couple thousand extra in the bank, that'll have to wait. Using a throw rug currently to cover the peeling part.
Laundry room revamp -
I would like to paint it, a light state/steel blue color.
Hang a rack to hold the brooms & mops
add a shelf to hold items for easy access and/or small decorations
change knobs on cabinet
Half bath revamp -
paint, coordinating color w/kitchen & laundry room
wallpaper border - at chair rail level?
Redo ALL fixtures in brushed nickel - light, mirror, towel rack, toilet paper holder, faucet. This could get expensive/require outside handyman assistance
Kitchen
paint, maybe just below chair rail, in same blue mentioned previously?
David's room
replace the one bulb fixture on his ceiling fan with one that can hold more bulbs-would make the room brighter
Random-
get lightbulbs replaced in living room. This doesn't seem like a big deal until you think of the fact that it is 2 stories and needs someone with a Very tall ladder!
Also, find art to hang over fireplace.
