This coming weekend is the NORCAL NOISEFEST, one of the longest-running experimental music festivals in the country and Sacramento's best reason to wear earplugs.

This year's Noisefest includes about 40 bands from across the continent, mostly from northern California, but all from the outer edges of the musical world.

Admission for each day's performance is $15 ($10 with student ID.) All events are all-ages.
All-weekend admission: $40 ($30 with student ID), includes admission to all shows, T-shirt, compilation CD, Noisefest 2007 DVD, Noisefest button, and earplugs.
Saturday/Sunday admission: $25 ($20 with student ID), includes admission to Saturday/Sunday shows, T-shirt, compilation CD, Noisefest button, and earplugs.
