We are a twenty-something progressive couple with 2 cats seeking roommate(s) We are both in school and working, so it would be best if you were a serious student. Allison is majoring in psychology and Colin is majoring in pre-health. We are both heavily involved in jobs/volunteering. We live a fairly organic urban lifestyle and would like a roommate who shares some of the same values, and someone who could be a: running, climbing, hiking, crafty stuff, movie-watching partner would have preference. We have the furniture to furnish most of a two bedroom house/apt. We have found several houses that look really good (off places like www.sacrentals.com etc.) We are looking for a student/couple who is able to pay $400-700, depending on which rental we collectively chose. We are queer friendly, would be okay with outside smoking, a small dog might be okay but our cats aren’t so new-cat friendly (But do love new people!) We need to move before SEPTEMBER 1, preferably sooner.
