Swap Question of the Day
This one is tricky, due to my lack of a camera:
"please post a picture of your yarn stash for making dishcloths and the notions you use on them. So, 2 pics 1 of dishcloth yarn stash and 1 of your notions you use for making dishcloths."
I don't tend to keep a lot of stash around. My Dragon really doesn't get the concept of Stash, and, besides, he works at a mall with an AC Moore in it, so I can stop by and buy a skein or two whenever I need.
What I have right now is mostly on the needles (which are a set of pink aluminum 14" #7's and a 9" set of bamboo that I'm loving) - Almost every purple shade made by Lily Sugar'n Cream, mostly in leftover ends, into a small mitered blankie for my cats, Navy and something they call denim, an ombre, into napkins (re purposed dishcloths) for my father, and a lone skein of Emerald Green for a project I never got around to. All of our local stores sell Sugar n' Cream, rather than Peaches and Cream or Lion Cotton.
Basically, picture a pile of small balls of purple, green (for some reason, it's the accent colour on all of Lily's purple ombres), blue, and white.
