To all those I hold dear...
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
I hope you all have lots of things to be thankful full, and that your hearts are full of love and joy as we go into the Christmas season.
This year has gone so fast, and so much, both good and not-so-good, has happened....
here are a few things I am especially grateful for this year:
my wonderful son, Jonathan, without whose help I'd be living in a 1-room hovel, or on the street
my job, which pays pretty well, but not well enough, and the nice people I work with
Our dog, Susie, who continues to delight me after being part of our family for 2 years
My 4 cats and their good health...I miss Little Kittle who is waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge.
Our new apartment...in a nice community, much larger than the last, with a patio for my orchids and other plants
Pres-Elect Obama and the hope for the future of my country
for all the wonderful people God sent our way when each was needed the most...Gail, Ed, Rick, Gai, Dian, Scott, Ruthie, Joe
my faith in God, and his faith in me...stronger than ever..and a comfort to me every day
My love and affection to each of you....Hug your parents, kids, partners and friends....
