LIPS. Hell yes.
2. What song that makes you remember KAT-TUN the most?
Harukana Yakusoku. Because it’s one of their oldest songs, they sing it at the end of all their concerts and it defines the spirit of KAT-TUN the best. I always felt that KAT-TUN’s whole career is really about living up to their promises to fans - first the promise to have concerts again and again, then debut, then now, to survive. And this song always reminds me to keep my end of the promise as well.

Kamenashi: Kizuna
Hands down. The song is pure Kazuya . I read somewhere that there is something about Kame that is inherently heartbreaking. It’s not like he is in this tragic stiutation that his parents are all dead or something, but there is just this air around him that I can’t really describe.

Akanishi: Care, Eternal.
It was Care for the longest time. I love the positive note the song ended on. It reminded me a lot of Jr-Jin who basically was kinda dumb but very positive and just faces everything head on. But eternal, is like, everything I know about Jin. It is a beautiful song musically and lyrically and somehow heartbreaking for me. It really represents my feelings about him - I love him for many things that he do, but he breaks my heart all the time. I was telling my friend that Eternal is a song I love a lot, but it’s s song that I can’t listen to because it haunts . Like how Jin haunts me sometimes.
Taguchi: Natsu No Basho
Taguchi always remind of the summer, nice warm funny but sometimes too overbearing and doesn’t know where to stop.
Koki: Pierrot
The rhythm has this forceful, pushy feeling that really symbolises Koki for me. Maybe a tad overdone, a tad gangster-ish, but definitely Koki.
Ueda: Love in Snow ; Dictator
I am torn between the two. But I always associate Ueda with songs like Love in Snow - slow ballads that really seek to pull out the emotions that are hidden inside you. There is something inherently emo (Kame is heartbreaking, Ueda is emo, oh well) about it. Dictator is like Ueda-sama in all his glory. In a way I can’t really find a song to define Ueda because he is like, everywhere. Random. Everything. Undefinable because the space in his head is like this fantasy-land.

4. Can you distinguish all of their vocals in The D-Motion? =
Yes. It is quite easy.
5. Whose your fav voice to hear in a song?
Akame duet. Forever. Now that they are five - Kame.

Yorokobi No Uta. They look good, they look happy. And as much as I love the class/story plot/graphics of other PVs (I love KT pvs in general), I thought I saw like, the essence of KAT-TUN in there. So thus that.
7. What song that makes you cry and or feeling sentimental when you listen to it?
I wanted to say Eternal. But that is more of a Jin solo than anything else. So it’s now Precious One and Promise Song. Do I really need to explain? There is also Smile, but that is more sentimental than emotional. (Bad question phrasing is bad)
8. What song that could pump up your spirit and get you all excited?
Half of KAT-TUN’s songs? Off my head - Real Face, LIPS, DUES, Fall Down, She Said, Gold… Okay you get the point.
9. What song that makes you think "wow, this is not KAT-TUN-like"?
Heart Beat. Going. Basically anything that is too poppy. KAT-TUN always give me the image that they do anything other than bubblegum pop, so anything that is bubble-gum pop would be non KAT-TUN like.

It depends of what sort of bad day. Will Be Alright would the one I listen to when I am like discouraged. Yorokobi for just general unhappiness. The first album’s fast songs - ala She Said, Gold, Wilds Of My Heart etc for angry days. Love Yourself - Kimi Ga Kirai Na Kimi Ga Suki for days when I think I suck and should just jump off the next building I see.

I am torn between a few. Care, Kizuna as explained above. I am also in love with 1582 - the history, the poetry, I am just a sucker for stuff like that.

All of them? Sadistic Love. It looks like something KAT-TUN can def pull off. YES, I am talking about explicit references, chains, torture and all that stuff. If any band can do it, it’s KAT-TUN.

I think some of solos (eg Kizuna, Love in Snow, 1582 etc) should get PVs. But that would never happen
13. What song that is your least fav?
Samurai Love Attack. Possibly. Maybe some of the thrashy B-sides. The thing is, if I don’t like the songs I won’t even listen to them so I don’t know which are the songs I don’t like. It’s circular I know.
14. What concert performance of a song that you like most?
1582. KAME.
Although Someday for Somebody is the performance that cemented my Kame-love because it is just him being himself. It’s kinda difficult to describe, it’s like a scent, you can’t really describe but you are in love with the scent. (Yes, I totally associate Kame with musk, why do you ask?)
I loved Ueda’s solo in BTR too. Sappy as I am , I kinda like the pseudo flower petals floating around.
And yes, Jin’s sexiness are always worth the watch :D

Love Yourself - Kimi Ga Kirai Na Kimi Ga Suki. It reminds me of a lot of good things. The other one would be Neiro (ala Tune), I like that word and the things I associate with it.

I WANT KAME TO SING ONE OF JIN’S SOLOS. PINKY OR LOVEJUICE.
I think I will end up laughing at him but the point is I want Kame to do a sex song. And, if he has the time to practice and perfect it, I kinda want him to try Eternal or Care too. But Kame always give me the feeling that he would screw up both songs. >.< So the sex song it will be.

Jin’s ad libs. I missed them so much ;_; Oh and the HELL YEA in DUES. Oh and the PUMP IT in D-Motion. Jin knows how to make an impression /nods.
Kame’s part in the bridge. Kame in the first two lines of Real Face (it’s classic). Kame’s autotuned voice in D-Motion. Kame in Change ur World.
Maru’s beatboxing are always a pleasure. I liked his ta-ka-ku (can’t rmb off hand) part in Going though.

This is difficult, it’s a toss up between D-Motion. Real Face(hips, baby, hips) and DUES.
Ultimate wheels and Change UR World has pretty good choreography too. But I am not sure if they would still stick in my head after like a year.

If Jin was around I kinda want to request a visual kei song. I think they should be able to pull it off. FANTASY by Alice Nine would be a good choice :D I kinda want to laugh at KAT-TUN doing Cherish or Koi No ABO - complete with the thrashy dance. They barely danced Koi No ABO in the Countdown! And Kinki Kids. I want Kame to sing more Kinki Kids songs.
24. KAT-TUN has a number of songs that used as soundtrack of a drama or movie. Is there any song you think suited it's respective movie/drama a lot, in terms of lyric, music or scene?
Love Yourself. It was specially written anyway. Actually Bokura No Machi De is pretty apt too.

Real Face would be my first choice in general unless I am familiar with.

A lot? Stuff that I don’t like. I am not that familiar with Koki or Junno’s solos generally. Group song wise probably the things from the CKT album. I used to be unfamiliar with QOP album, but somehow, somehow.

Personally, None. Because, my fave song is and will always be Harukana Yakusoku. The second closest would probably be like DUES or Keep The Faith. Or Rescue. You get the point, it’s very difficult for me to do a BEST single from KAT-TUN coz I am always comparing apples and oranges within their singles.
