First let me say that my Chinese name is 林依琳which when pronounced sounds like 010 in chinese.
ok on with the story...
A telephone conversation with my mother who was in China at that point in time
Mother calling from China
"Girl, what is the password for the suitcase? I cannot open it."
Password refering to the 3 digit password on suitcases.
Me to mother
"I told you already what, it's my name."
Someone beside mother to mother
"What the password?"
Mother to someone beside her
"101 lor. But don't know why cannot open."
Me to mother
"Oi! You don't know your daughter's name ah? It's 010 ok!"
Mother to me
"hahaha.... ok ok can open liao. bye!"
