That was hilarious. Poor, poor Naraku. He just doesn't get all that much loving, I've noticed. I loved how it was going down this dark path where it looked like Naraku was going to get what he wanted and we could have had a much different story, but when she put the beads on him and Inuyasha stepped into the scene, it was just great. I could see the utter confusion on Naraku's face when she said sit and stay. And the sex in front of him? That was awesome. I honestly don't know if I could ever write a crack!fic of any kind and have it turn out so well.
heh. thank you. i must say that the first draft WAS very dark. lucky for all of us, i had to cut 150 words to fit it in the requisit 1031 characters so i decided to leave in the lighter stuff. i plan to do a darker version perhaps, someday, since that was dreaming_trees' request - and i KNOW she like's 'em dark. but i'm happy with how this came out. frankly, i don't know if i can do nar/kag any other way BUT crack!fic. we'll see i guess. glad you liked.

You know, Naraku wouldn't be so bad, if you kept him pre-transformation at Mt. Hakurai. He just got ugly after that and save his face, all the allure that I found he might have had disappeared. That eye or whatever it is in his chest---just not hot. Now when he pretended to be that lord, I thought, "you know, he's kinda sexy in his own way. . .if you like abuse, I guess."
I honestly can't say I see a Nar/Kag pairing that isn't either crack!fic or just plain dark and creepy, though, no matter how Naraku looks.
I'll certainly have to check more of your stuff out, crack!fic and otherwise. I should, though, get to work on my story---before my readers decide to lynch me.
This is true... seeing as Naraku wants to get rid of all emotional desires and just be powerful and all demon..
I won't lynch you at all... Though I do need a schedule BIG time... I need to have it where I review this writer this day, that writer the next day etc.. I hate not being able to review and having other feeling all left out.. and if the writer doesn't have a new chapter up I can sketch.. or something..
actually, as soon as naraku started sprouting limbs he kindof damped my libido - tho i do find his face very alluring in all forms (the young lord's face). i can only see crack!fic as well. tho dark!fic certainly works. but i've read a fair number which all are kindfo the same - nar keeps kag chained up and comes in to abuse her periodically.... whether he succeeds or not varies a bit. but if i'm gonna do it, i want it to be different... ah well.

I absolutely love Naraku's face, mainly because it is this dark, sinister, thing, yet is so beautiful and sexy all at once. It's excellent when we see close ups of his face and he sneers. All those limbs he sprouts, not so good.
I've read some of those dark!fics where he's got Kagome all chained up with no help, and it has gotten rather cliche, I'll agree. I seriously think if you stripped away Naraku's outside hatred and sinister, manipulative behavior, you'd find a very lonely, sad little boy who just wants love. If I actually had the inkling, I'd almost have that boy try to win Kagome OR Kikyo, either works, through anything but the typical abuse, not that it wouldn't come up at a certain point. I figure if he has someone finally, he'll use something against them to keep them with him, because he knows if he doesn't, they'll leave eventually. The poor man just goes about everything the wrong way.
yeah. you're right a psycho drama would be easier to stomach than yet another abuse fic... something will come to me eventually. tho i'm sorely tempted to make it another crack!fic. i do so love them! problem is that they're addicting... and if you're not careful, you end up writing that way for real. gah!
friending you back, BTW. doggieearlover said you'd be a fun player to add to the next pornfest party next Sat... heh. beware, that post is heavy and takes a while to load. next party i think we'll do multiple posts to make them easier to read!
I don't think I've really ever seen really any good psycho dramas concerning Naraku. Even some of the Inuyasha yaoi that has him in it has the cliche of him abusing who ever it is he's captured, usually Inuyasha. I just think, while he's certainly got it in him to do that type of thing, he'd try to break them by making them love him. It'd hurt more than just forcing them through abuse and the like. And yes, if you're not careful, other writing gets tainted by that style, cause it is a bit over powering.
