actually, i think both tenseiga and tensusaiga are about heart...

tetsusaiga is about the protective instinct - which is to draw on your own strenth on behalf of another - a manfifestation of love. and tenseiga is about the compassionate instinct - which is to draw on your unegotistical strength to care about another with little thought of what's in it for you - which is also a manifiestation of love...

maybe too simplistic, but there you have it.
