Effing Snow
So last night I got off work and had to scrap about an inch and a half worth of ice off my windows to get home. So then I came inside where it was warm and basically crashed. Only to get woken up around 6:30 ish am to find out that the power had gone out. It came back on then died again then came on for a few and died until well 1:30. It sucked and the house was cold. I couldn't get into my car due to the ice and snow. My dad who left work at 7 and is usually home by 8 am just got home. Reason being he couldn't take any of the country roads. So he did I think 66 to 24 only to find out that 24 was closed for a while due to the 5 jack knifed semis between Chenoa and home. So he just got home. My mom was a dork and didn't charge her phone so I was the only one with a cell phone that was working in the house. The weather was completely shitty and I'm not sure if I get to go to Christmas Fest tomorrow but I really do need to because I also need to stop by the gallery before 5 pm to see my friend's Sr show! Well I should go check on my car to see if it's coming clean nicely. DAMN ICE and DAMN SNOW! Hope the rest of ya are warm and happy and SAFE!
