weekend of ups and downs... of limits pushed too far and limits not pushed enough...
very little Life-sort done this weekend and maybe that was part of the problem, to go from being all active to not probably not for the best... definitely drifted this weekend and that's possibly why i feel rubbish now

I know what you mean about drifting - after a weekend of not doing a great deal, I always feel flat as a pancake, because I think I could/should have found something more useful to do...
