I need to post more.

Yesterday, Liz and Hans kindly took me to Build-A-Bear Workshop. At some point around Thanksgiving-ish, I had lamented that they didn't have Build-A-Bear when I was a kid, because I would have loved it, and then Liz and Kristen both gave me Build-A-Bear gift certificates! It was fun but also full of very difficult decisions. How much fluff to put in the bear? What clothes to get? Can I afford to get my bear Sketchers brand sneakers? For bear #1, I was easily able to pick out what I wanted from the Build-A-Bear website, because the Boy Kimono outfit is just fantastically cute (although it has limited availability and must be purchased from the site). For bear #2, I thought I'd pick clothes first, but that didn't work out, so I went in the traditional Build-A-Bear order of picking the bear skin first.

So Sojiro is bear #1, he is tan with curly hair and wears a blue kimono, blue and white striped hakama, and a blue robe over that. The robe has paw prints on it. ^_^

Bear #2 is Isabelle, and she has a pink sparkly top, tight jeans of dark denim, and white Sketchers with sparkly pink stripes. Yes, I could afford them! ^_^

Sojiro and Isabelle live on the dresser with Ein. Sojiro sits on the box for my magic wand, and Isabelle stands more towards the center. They haven't met Piggy yet, because Piggy recently moved from the dresser to the bed. Although Piggy makes frequent trips downstairs, so far only Sojiro has made a visit to the downstairs, and Piggy wasn't there at the time.

While we were at Build-A-Bear, Liz broke the somewhat more important news that her brother's wife had gone into labor, having contractions every five minutes but hadn't been moved to the hospital yet. Later that evening, Liz called her mother from the Starbucks to see what the latest news was, but Meg hadn't heard anything yet. Meg promised Liz that she'd call as soon as she heard something, and Liz promised us that she'd let us know as soon as she heard something, but still no news yet.

I am just getting over a very irritating cold, and the three day weekend for MKL Day has helped that a lot. Tomorrow is my performance evaluation at work, so I hope to be further improved then. My evaluation had better be glowing, that's all I have to say about that.
